ADE-13 Wuyuegray

This is an inorganic, cement-based terrazzo with a light gray base and gray-white natural marble chips measuring 0.5 to 3 cm. Because the base and aggregate colors are very close, the slab reads as a highly unified tone with no strong color jumps—the kind of surface that only reveals its details up close.

The chips range from 0.5 to 3 cm, with the smaller pieces reading as fine fragments and the larger ones more prominent. Crushed natural marble retains irregular shapes: some edges are rounded, others still angular. The color transitions naturally between gray and white, some leaning toward cool gray, others toward warm white. Set into the light gray cement, they merge with the base from a distance; only up close can you make out the chip outlines and natural veining. Small chips fill the gaps between larger ones, and the cement paste fills the voids solidly. After grinding and polishing, the surface is a flat plane without obvious holes, feeling solid underfoot.

As a cement-based inorganic terrazzo, it offers high hardness and density. It is more wear-resistant and compression-resistant than resin-based organic terrazzo, making it suitable for high-traffic areas such as living rooms, corridors, shopping malls, and office buildings. However, cement naturally has capillary pores. Without a sealed surface, water or oil stains can penetrate and leave marks. Therefore, crystallization treatment is typically required after installation, followed by periodic waxing to maintain surface luster and stain resistance. Daily cleaning is straightforward—just wipe with a damp mop.

This light gray and gray-white palette is understated and matches almost any decorative style. In homes, it works for living rooms, dining rooms, kitchen countertops, and bathroom walls. In commercial spaces such as offices, showrooms, retail stores, and hotel lobbies, it presents a clean, timeless look. Large slabs can be cut to site dimensions, minimizing joints and creating excellent visual continuity over large areas.
