ADE-04 Baiyulanbeige

This is a cement-based inorganic terrazzo with a beige base and beige aggregate. The cement binder is tinted to a warm beige tone, evenly embedded with natural beige marble chips measuring 1 to 3 cm. Because the base and aggregate share the same color family, the slab reads as a unified warm tone from a distance; only up close can you see the size variation of the chips and their natural veining.

The chips range from 1 cm to 3 cm, distributed fairly evenly. Crushed natural marble retains irregular shapes—some edges rounded, others angular—with color depth varying from light beige to warm beige. Small chips fill the gaps between larger fragments, leaving the surface dense and full without obvious voids. The cement binder fills the gaps solidly; after grinding, the surface is flat, with aggregate and cement sitting level. Walking feels solid underfoot, with no snags.

As an inorganic terrazzo, it uses cement as the binder rather than resin. Cement-based slabs are denser and harder than organic terrazzo, offering good compression resistance and wear performance, suitable for high-traffic areas. However, cement itself is somewhat absorbent, so the finished surface requires sealing or periodic crystallization treatment to effectively prevent liquid penetration and stain adhesion. Daily cleaning is handled with a damp mop or neutral cleaner; with proper maintenance, the surface can retain its polish for many years.

This warm beige tone is gentle and versatile. In homes, it gives living rooms and dining rooms a warm, generous feel. In commercial spaces such as hotel lobbies, shopping centers, and office buildings, it is a durable, timeless choice. Large slabs can be cut to site dimensions, minimizing joints and creating strong visual continuity over large areas.

During installation, inorganic terrazzo typically benefits from crystallization or waxing after laying to improve surface density and sheen. Treated floors are more stain-resistant and easier to maintain.
